Frank Cicci – Partner Get Green Racing

A native of Elmira, New York, Frank Cicci began his career as a NASCAR car owner in 1979 on the dirt tracks of upstate New York and claimed his first ever feature victory in that same season. His teams earned Tioga (NY) Speedway track championships in both late model and modified divisions in 1985 before hiring NASCAR Nextel Cup Series veteran Jimmy Spencer as his driver in 1986.  Spencer promptly won the NASCAR Modified Division National title that year and again in 1987.Frank Cicci Racing has been in NASCAR for 23 years, is a 19 time champion and holds the most starts in NASCAR for one of the oldest and most successful teams.

Frank, in partnership with Kris Moorman, has developed Get Green Racing to provide a platform for bringing green messages about change and impact to millions of Americans as well as making Frank’s Nationwide team and other teams as eco-friendly as possible in the garage, in the office and on the road. Our goal is to utilize the largest spectator sport in the country, which reaches almost 80 million Americans, and provide a strong program for organizations and companies to take their message to millions of Americans.

Kris’ diverse background as a marketing consultant, business owner, public relations professional and sponsorship lead enables her to provide the interdisciplinary services that today’s complex NASCAR challenges require. She has 20 years of experience in strategic business and market planning; developing and positioning brands; sponsorship program development and creating integrated marketing plans for both traditional and e-businesses. Industries of focus have included financial services, automotive, equine, telecommunications, technology and non-profits.

Kris owns Bamboo Consulting and has been focused for the past  7 years on green and environmental issues and sustainability in business. Kris has worked with all sizes of companies and organizations from Fortune 1000 to start ups in developing sustainable messaging and integrating into overall business goals and initiatives as well as launching new businesses and products for the past six years. She has developed national consumer programs for clients such as Better Homes & Gardens and even led the green design strategy on a green home that traveled to major cities around the country in large cities in 2008. Kris is also proud to be part of Al Gore’s Climate Project presenter team, is working on LEED certification, a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and is known as a strategic consultant for both B2B and B2C sustainable issues.
